Our program features our own song leader, Suzanne Hollrah, Vince and Ellen Pillow. Accompanying the singers will be Chris Lund on the Piano and Sid Gonzalez on the guitar. The three Rotary Clubs in the Santa Ynez Valley have decided to participate together in a Rotary Centennial project in recognition of February 23, 2005, Rotary's 100th birthday. Rotary Landa Parisi, President Elect Nominee Solvang Rotary Allan Hitt, President Elect Solvang Rotary Steve Berg, President Elect Nominee Los Olivos Rotary To Qualify as a Rotary Club Centennial Community project, a project must meet the following criteria: 1) Fulfill a clearly identifiable community need. 2) Provide a solution that has measurable results. 3) Involve the active participation of Rotarians rather than simply providing funding to another organization. 4) Feature a permanent sign, plaque, or inscription at the project site that identifies both the sponsoring Rotary clubs and Rotary's Centennial. Suggestions for appropriate projects are needed.
